It is a shame that a sitting U.S. President has abandoned Memorial Day. For two years, the President had decided to spend his time in Chicago, rather than spend it with the Country in Washington D.C. Now, he spends it with the troops because he's up for re election.
It begs the question as to why? This President is not the first President with No military background to be fighting a war. One has but look to Polk, and Wilson, and yet in this President we do not see the agressiveness of Polk, nor the vision of Wilson. We now see after 36 months cowardice that borders on the craven.
We are adding new crosses to the graveyards, and the President has not given the Nation a reason to make the investment.
Mr. President come out from the shadows
